Proje Özeti
The
education on the field of balneotherapy and hydrotherapy is very limited in
Our
partner, ESTA-School of Physiotherapy has a quality license in education. They
have a total of 21 trainers in their school and sending their students to more
than 10 different rehabilitation clinics, located in their area. The director
of the school had organized all the contacts before the beginning of the
project so that all the work flow was
very well. 3 of the
beneficiaries were located in 3 different clinics in Bad Driburg. They rotated
the different Units in the clinics. The other 2 beneficiaries located in a
acute care hospital in Holdzminden in the first 8 weeks and changed the place
to another hospital in Brakel. They all have a supervisor in the clinics.
With the project the beneficiaries also
got familiar with German culture and learned how to live in a European Country.
They all had good contacts with their work friends. They improved their
language abilities. They now have an advantage to find a job in
