Abstract

Purpose: To compare the effects of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) on postoperative pain and their differences in terms of the postoperative need for analgesics in the treatment of 2-4 cm kidney stones.
