Abstract

A number of pneumonia cases have been reported in China since December 2019. After a series of researches, the World Health Organization named this disease caused by 2019- nCoV on 11 February 2020 as coronavirus disease (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a global pandemic. The aim of this review was to evaluate the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the drugs used in COVID-19 pandemic Evidence for eficacy of the drugs used in the COVID-19 pandemic is not yet clear. Further studies and information are needed on these drugs.
