Abstract

Background/aim: Anthrax is a zoonotic infection caused by Bacillus anthracis. We aimed to retrospectively evaluate cutaneous anthrax cases that occurred during an outbreak in eastern Turkey (Hakkari-Yuksekova), where people mostly earn their living from animal husbandry.
